Discussion and Critiques

Discussion and Critiques are important to the PhotoVoice process. They begin and end the process, and are also necessary at various points during it conduct.

An initial discussion is necessary to introduce the method and also determine the topic, theme or direction of the research.

Later, after the first photos have been taken, the group will have to decide which photo or photos can best be used for the project.

Finally, at the end will be a last critique of the results and self-evaluations. There can also be evaluations of the working methods and dynamics of the research group.
