Single or Series
•All languages, written or oral

1.For stills, written text or oral presentation is best.

2.For video, written captions with scripted voice-over done in editing program

•Single lesson to series or sequential lessons/units

1.Single lesson can be done over a few days to a week

2.Series or Sequential can be done regularly throughout the year

•Still, video or film

1.Still is usually best for most projects. It encourages the most writing and is the most flexible, cost-wise as well as curriculum-wise. It is also best for first-timers, whether young or inexperienced.

2.Video is sometimes more attractive, as it means stories and TV to many people. But it can also be best for sequences, interviews, and other areas that need continuous action.

3.Cameras can be given to pairs of students (the most flexible method) or to groups for a group project. Roles may need to be assigned if they do not organically evolve.
